About Us

Margaret House of Cakes was born out of our family’s love for sweets and pastries especially during gatherings and events celebrating milestones for our family, friends and relatives. It started as a hobby and I have honed my skills by studying and attending baking and pastry making courses under the tutelage of Chef Mai of CCS.

After learning and enjoying doing cakes and cupcakes for family and friends, soon the demand within the family alone has increased. Since I love what I’m doing I have thought of starting a made-to-order small business with friends and relatives as first clients.

Soon it expanded to referrals from friends and relatives, by word of mouth our dream has grown into opening our first shop at Multinational Village Parañaque. Like all small-scale businesses, we have undergone birth pains and setbacks, but it didn’t stop us from producing delicious and quality homemade   cakes and pastries for all season and occasion for our loyal clients.


When our family matriarch, who is my number one supporter in everything I do, joined our creator in heaven, I have to close shop since we have to move to Sta. Rosa Laguna and manage our growing extended family.

The move and adjustment took awhile before I bounced back to what I love and cherish doing, with my niece, Monna who also developed her skills and talent for making cakes, we decided to restart the business by joining trade shows and EXPOs.

With the positive review of old and new customers, Margaret House of Cakes is ready to embark in a new challenge and journey of making quality good cakes and pastries for everyone.
